Spiritual views on religion | Religion of humanity

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

The topic we are going to discuss today is religion. We all keep thinking about religion. Someone talks about one's own religion or someone talks about another's religion. Discussions continue on someone's wrongdoing. There is no one among us who does not consider religion.

But what exactly is religion? Have we ever understood religion fundamentally?

Religion here refers not to religious texts or beliefs, but to our duties. You must have experienced that as soon as we ask a question on someone, then the person in front immediately says that they should follow their religion first and then raise a question mark on someone. That is, he wants to say that first do your work properly and then accuse others of not working.

We often demand each other not to live up to his religion without knowing what religion really is? How much and what role does he play in our lives? What religion does a person have towards society? Or what religion does a husband and wife have towards each other? Or what religion does a son and father have towards each other? Or how many forms of religion can there be?
Although there are many aspects of religion, but the most important thing about religion is that religion talks about making everyone responsible. Therefore, whoever is in this world has his own religion. To understand this, let us take some examples - such as the religion of the tree is to provide shade, fruit and pure air (vital oxygen). The religion of the river is to flow as a living water. Rain is the religion of clouds. The religion of the Sun is to provide light and energy.

Similarly, the religion of man is to be lending and virtuous. That is, the only religion of man is the behavior of generosity towards the mere creature. That is why virtue is given more importance than karma in India. That is why religion is our virtue, because virtue includes karma, religion, policy and knowledge.
By the way, there are many forms and types of religion. But basically religion makes us realize humanity. Even going on our own religion, suffering is tenacity and life. Because religion is not just about a particular book or the instructions mentioned in it, but good behavior, virtue. So everything that we do, which does not harm anyone, which includes the interest of the whole world, is called religion.

Maharishi Vyas Muni has said in his verse -

संक्षेपात् कथ्यते धर्मो जनाः किं विस्तरेण वः।
परोपकारः पुण्याय पापाय पर-पीडनम्।।
Sanchhepaat Kathyate Dharmo Janah kim vistren vah,
Paropkarah Punyay Papay Par-Peednamm.

That means, O men! In short, we tell you the essence of religion. To do charity is virtue and religion. And to torment others is sin.
In the end, you are requested to meditate, contemplate and ponder over it.

Thankyou!

Cause of depression and anxiety

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.
Depression
In today's day-to-day life, people are struggling with many types of negative things. Which includes fear, sorrow, anxiety, depression and many other things. And sometimes these things also become the reason for their suicide.

According to an estimate by the World Health Organization [WHO], approximately 1 million people worldwide are dying by suicide each year, representing 1 global death every 40 seconds. According to the WHO it is also predicted that by 2020 the death rate will be 1 every 20 seconds.

This is not a small thing. We cannot ignore it at all. Because 'Our life do not only belong to us. From our birth until our death...We are tied to others. In the past and in the future, And with every crime and very good act... We define our future'.

Now the question must be arising in your mind that why does a person commit suicide?
See, if we just look at it as a life, rather than seeing it as a special person, one of the most fundamental reasons is simply that "a human breaks from the inside". The result of which can be suicide, depression or any other disease. But life does not break.

So we just have to see it as a life. Not as someone you loved or who was close to or loved by you. Because when someone commits suicide or someone dies, you get emotional. You feel that this is the end of the world but after the next few days you again return to your normal life. Everything starts running almost the same way and you forget about it. This process continues like this again and again.

So instead of seeing it as a person, you just see it as a life that 'why does one life do this?'
Many aspects of this may be possible. But a fundamental aspect of it is that 'life experience is not very pleasant'. Because you have kept your pleasant experience captive of success or money or relations or needs or many other things in the world.

If people fail in something, they will commit suicide. If a love affair breaks up, someone will commit suicide. If someone loses his wealth, he will commit suicide. Because you are unfortunately gathering your wealth, your house, your relationship, your family, your work, your position, your name etc. together and carry it.

See, the life inside us always wants to live. He always wants to get the highest peak. But life is always full of gaiety and enthusiasm. You are mentally vulnerable to depression.

Today you are entangled in the logical dimension of your mind. Your understanding says one thing, but your reasoned thinking says something else. Along with this, the repetitive nature of your daily routine life can also be the cause of depression.

See, you have to understand this. Too many argumentative moments are moments of suicide. Depression means that 'you are gradually committing suicide partly'. If you give logic too much space in your life, then your vivacity will decrease. You should only apply logic to the physical aspects of life. If you apply logic to life itself then you will be a victim of depression.

If you delete everything that means something to you. And then ensure your life rationally. Then you will definitely be a victim of depression.

See, the most valuable thing in your life is life itself. 'Where do you live, what do you wear, what do you eat, what vehicle do you have' are all the accessories of your life. You are alive right now, this is the biggest happiness.
You have to understand clearly that there is no benefit from being unhappy, depressed or ill. There is an advantage in staying happy and happy. And even if there is no benefit then what is the difference.
Thank you

Importance of Yoga in our life

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

It was about 10 days ago. An elder brother of mine (Prince Ranjan Barnwal ji) asked me to participate in an essay competition related to yoga which was organized by him. But due to extreme busyness, I could not participate in that essay competition. Therefore today on the occasion of World Yoga Day, this article of mine is related to yoga itself.
By the way, I am not a specialist of yoga at all. But at whatever stage I have understood yoga in my life so far, I am trying to put it before you.

Most people of this world feel that yoga means doing something special with their body. But I think there is no need to do anything to be in yoga. But if your body is in bad condition or you are sick then you can work on it. Otherwise there is no need to do anything with the body.

There are many ways of looking at yoga. But in my view, yoga means that we are experiencing our life beyond our physical limits. Because our materiality is a collection. This is something that we have collected over time. By collecting something, you feel that you are there and you limit yourself there. Therefore, this is the basis of ignorance in the world.

But at the level of experience there are many ways to go beyond this. These tools are called yoga practice and the science behind it is called yoga. So let's try to understand some of its points -

Air is the most dynamic element in our body composed of five elements. Because every 1 minute we breathe about 12 to 20 times and release it. So it is definitely important for us what kind of air we breathe. And we all know this too. But how and how much we breathe in consciousness is equally important. Therefore it is necessary that we breathe better and while being in contact with nature, we should do something that makes the breath in a dynamic state.

You can see that when the body feels that the air is pure and vibrant, the body breathes in a different way and there is transaction and purification inside the body. So it becomes very important especially for the youth. Because it increases the integrity and strength of the body.

Furthermore, we can only do yoga in our mind, in our body, in our emotions or in our energies. Or we can also do yoga just by the way we sit and stand. Because in the process of development of our body, our brain developed only after our spine went from horizontal to vertical. So whenever possible you just have to sit upright while being alert. With this, not only your posture but your way of thinking, seeing and experiencing life starts to change gradually.

So yoga always pays attention to rest of the limbs. Because our basic health and how long we live and how our body works, it depends on the secretions and functions of these organs.

Lord Shri Krishna has also said in Srimad Bhagavad Gita-
 "Yogasthah Kuru Karmani"
That is, 'Settle in yoga and then work' (Perform your duty and abandon all attachment to success or failure. Such equality of mind is called Yoga).
Thank you

How to Make the Right decision in Life

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

Today's blog of mine will probably reveal some special and important pages of our life. And before starting my blog, I would like to make it clear to you that I am neither a missionary nor a follower of any particular religion.
This blog of mine is especially inspired by my sister's mindset which makes her difficult to decide. So for the purpose of understanding it correctly and finding its suitable alternative, I begin my talk by following the teachings of Lord Krishna in the Srimad Bhagavad Gita.

See, every moment of our life is a moment of decision. We have to decide another position while staying at each post and the decision leaves its impact. Decisions made today create happiness or sorrow in the future, not only for yourself but also for every person who is associated with you and sometimes for generations to come.
Whenever we face a dilemma, that is, a time of crisis, our mind is filled with anxiety and uncertainty. So that moment of decision becomes war and our mind becomes war land. Most of the decisions we make throughout our life are not just to remedy our problems, but only to calm our mind.

Then the question is, will the mind struggling with war take any worthy decision?
See, indeed, when a person makes a decision with a calm mind, he creates a happy future for himself. But when a person decides to calm his mind, then he creates difficulties for himself in the future. You will consider it yourself.
Because at the time of decision we always base the suggestion, information or advice of another. And the basis of our future depends on the decision taken in our present. So we must consider that 'Is our future a result of someone else's advice and suggestion? Is our entire life a result of someone else's intelligence?

We all have experienced that different people give different suggestions or advice in the same situation. A heart full of religion suggests righteousness, and a heart full of unrighteousness suggests unrighteousness. That is, is it not necessary that before accepting someone's suggestion or advice, you should establish religion in your heart and consider it. Think about it yourself.

We all want to make our today's decisions based on the future. It is the purpose of all of us to make such decisions in the present, 'May the future be prosperous, the future safe.'
You look at your life. Isn't the future behind most of your decisions? Because we all have the right to try to make our life simple and happy. But none of us have knowledge of the future. We can only imagine the future. So in this way we make all important decisions of life on the basis of imagination.
Then the question for you is 'can there be any other way to decide?' You must consider it.

See, no one really knows whether he is making the right decision or wrong. Those who think they are always right are terrible people. Because they think everyone except them is wrong. If all is wrong and only you are right then it is a sign of madness. This is not a sign of your correctness at all.
Therefore, when you are properly balanced and clear, then only take a decision and spend valuable time of your life in it. This will definitely bring some great results.
Thank you.

A Mindful Conflicts of Changing Our Morality

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

As you can understand that I am not a professional writer. I just try to present my thoughts, experiences and analysis to you through writing. You may or may not associate yourself with those thoughts and facts, it depends entirely on your current state of mind.

We can also understand it in such a way that when we are children we are taught morality by our parents and many others to save us from straying and getting stumbles. But over time, most of us become accustomed to those moral thoughts which later change into our beliefs. Then our beliefs become so strong that it is impossible to change them even under any special circumstances.  Which has a direct impact on our mental system and future.  Our beliefs affect us in such a way that we stop thinking on the basis of the present situation.

I am not saying that morality does not guide us. But the question is whether the path chosen by us on the basis of morality and belief is indeed correct or not, how will it be determined?
Let us try to understand it. We must have seen ourselves and those around us engaging in many tasks. Regardless of whether the work is done with or without a particular position, the question that comes to the mind of most of us is that what we are doing today, is it really that we were born on this earth to do it?  Huh?

More than 90% of people all over the world engage in such things that they themselves are not happy with.
 Basically our problem is-

"How do we know what our real identity is? What actions and possibilities are we born to? That is, how do we know ourselves fully?"

See, we are paying a lot of attention to everything around us but are not paying enough attention to ourselves. The quality of our life is basically determined by how we keep ourselves.

How we are dressed at this time, what kind of accessible things we have, what kind of house we live in, all these things do not determine the quality of our life. "How happy we are feeling within us at this moment is what determines the quality of our life."  But we have not paid much attention to it.

We feel that this will come out as a particular outcome and we aim impossible for our happiness. Like if I want to be happy then my wife should be like this, my husband should be like this, my friend should be like this, my child should be like this, my parents should be like this, the world should be like that  and many more.  We are keeping such impossible conditions for our happiness and peace.  Conversely, if we start thinking on things instead of following them, some better results can come out.

See, we have to understand that our morals and beliefs help us only to a certain time frame.  Because over time things and possibilities change in a way where our beliefs become meaningless.

Therefore, we should not determine our present problems and situations on the basis of morality and beliefs, but only by our proper thoughts and possibilities, because our contemporary thoughts guide us properly. We have to pay attention to it.
Thank you!

The Quality of life | Major Reasons Behind of all Our Sarrow

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

I also hope that you must have read my previous blog (The Choice between Complaints, Learnig and Handling ) and while reading it, you must have  got many questions in your mind, out of which you may have got answers of some questions. And perhaps one of them must have been the question "What is the biggest reason of our misery in the world?"  If we pay attention then it is an important question for us that life is not going as we want.

See, if you have paid attention to yourself and the people around you, then you must have seen that most of us are unhappy because of some other person, whether he is our friend or partner or spouse or a member of our family.  .
Because when we have an extreme attachment to one person, then naturally we start hating many other people.  Although all of us may have our own reasons for this, perhaps the real reason is somewhat different.

Let us ask ourselves a question "Is it easy to change our thinking or the world?"  Obviously it is easy to change your thinking. So now the question is that when our thoughts are so important to us, have we taken the power of our thinking into our hands?  The answer is "no". We are just fallen from our world of fame.

Think what will happen if all our dreams are fulfilled? Surely we will end because our expectations are born out of the limited scenery of life. Therefore, if we want to achieve something greater in our physical life, then we should not expect. Lack of hope does not mean that we do not have direction. We just have to move in some direction without counting it all the time. On the contrary, if we have expectations, we mostly waste our intensity in unnecessary thoughts, as a result of which we will not be able to go far.

See, hope is dominating us because from childhood, when we are about 3-4 years old, people often start asking us what will become of us when we grow up? Apart from this, the expectations that our parents have given us since childhood are mostly far from the truth, which turns out to be bad for both us and our parents.

Along with this,"One reason for our unhappiness is that we seek happiness in our future tomorrow and not in today."

Suppose we have a wish for ourselves in the future and if it is not fulfilled then we are more sad as well as the strength of our hope becomes stronger. And conversely, suppose we are in bliss right now and we want something to happen. Now we try for it but what if it goes away instead of being completed? So it will not hurt us much because we are happy.

That is, when we try to do anything in the world without improving ourselves, we mostly get sadness. Lord Shri Krishna has also said in Srimad Bhagavad Gita-

 "Yogastha: Kuru Karmani"

That is, 'Settle in yoga and then work' (Perform your duty and abandon all attachment to success or failure. Such equality of mind is called Yoga).

Now the question is, what to do so that we do not experience grief?
You just do it. Forget what you want from this world or from people or from yourself. First understand that whatever happens inside you, you will decide yourself, only you. As a result, you will start choosing to be happy yourself. Because when we go behind anything with pleasure, then it will most likely be true and even if it is not done then you will not make much difference.

We are young now so it is time to establish ourselves and not run away with any hope.

 Thank you.

The Choice Between Complaints, Learning and Handling

Yogesh Maurya
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing well in your life.

We have all been at home for the last few days, whether we want or not. And at the same time, we have attached ourselves with many tasks for this, without any hassle, whether we are debating our surroundings or things or questioning the people or the government.
Some of us are getting worried about this time while on the other hand some are enjoying this time in a better way.  Because pleasure is always within us but we just keep searching for it in other things, that's why we get bored with those things.

It is very easy to understand all these things, we just have to ask ourselves a question.  Like why suddenly you get bored of all the things that once used to be a great medium of your pleasure.  Then whether it is your favorite music or a special place or perhaps a special kind of delicious food or someone who meant something to you or something else.
If we consider all these things, then the question must be coming in our mind that if pleasure is within us then why would anyone want to hurt oneself.

See, it is very important to understand that "What life throws at us is not our choice, what we make from it is entirely our choice."  Thus, we have only two options, either make the best out of the possibilities given by life or blame life for those possibilities.
If we just keep complaining, then whatever we do, we feel like a war because the end of complaints is not possible.  On the contrary, if we can contribute to make the world better, it would be a great thing.

We have to understand that uncertainty is the way of life.  If we do not learn how to draw on the uncertainties of life, we will never be able to live with joy and enthusiasm.  Because realistically our life system keeps changing all the time whether we look at it or not.
Most of us want certainty in our lives but the nature of our existence is such that it is constantly changing because it is uncertain.  In this world nothing is certain except death, so if you want to move towards certainty, then surely you are moving towards death at a slow pace.

To understand this, we go back a bit in our life. When we were children, we were definitely a life full of joy and excitement. But now we are slowly just airing. Because even though our physical energy decreases with aging, the vitality cannot decrease. Therefore, we should consider it. Because if we are alive then anything can happen.

So if we do everything that we do with full participation and desire, then this life is our heaven.  And conversely, if we do any of our work with resistance and lack of  participation, then life will definitely feel like hell.  Surely we can choose either of these two possibilities.
If we continue to do something irrespective of anything, then we feel all right.

Therefore, now is the time to give ourselves and find out the various levels of our madness and cure it because even if we do not control the world, we can direct ourselves to a better level.
We should keep doing something appropriate except our complaints because we are not unhappy with our work, we are not unhappy with the holiday (break ), we are just unhappy with our nature of mind.

Therefore, we spend our valuable time in making complaints or vice versa learning and handling, it  is definitely our choice.

 Thank you.

Our Possibilities of Choices with Our Life on Various Levels

Yogesh Maurya
Hello friends, I hope you all are doing well in your life.

Today I will try to put my point in front of you through simple means.  So the thing is that for the last few nights I am not able to sleep properly nor do any other work in a full manner.  Do not make me lonely with this thing because I can be alone but not lonely.  But the only thing is that there is something that is not understood right now, and whenever this happens, I often remove the waves of emotions arising in my mind on a few pages through a pen.  Believe me I am an expert in this because I have been doing this for the last 10 years.

You may not be able to connect much with these things that I have gone through so far, so let me introduce you to an important part of my life.
As a child growing up, I understood that as early as possible in life, we should stand on our feet, that is, we should become self-sufficient.  However, of course it is not possible for us to be fully self-sufficient because our life is not just ours.  Many things we achieve only by being dependent on others, but here I mean all those things about which we can be self-sufficient, if we wish. Because this is an important question for ourselves.

So at the moment I had pledged to be self-sufficient in this way, but the real meaning of this word was soon going to be understood to me.  During this time there were many ups and downs in my life, but the financial struggle affected me the most.  Even today I remember a point made by some of my friends that "a man should spread his legs according to his bed sheet" but I was also fan of Shahrukh Khan, so I thought it appropriate to think about "It is appropriate not to think about how big the sheet is but about how big the sheet can be."

To shed light on this, I tell you a short story.  Two friends lived in a village.  Both were well in their education and soon both completed their college education.  The first one decided to spend his entire life depending on his present circumstances and the needs of the family, choosing a job for himself. On the other hand, the other friend, while not allowing his needs and circumstances to dominate himself, tried to challenge such possibilities with more determination, which was probably beyond his present condition.  But after patience and extreme efforts, he achieved his destination.

You must have seen many people around you who do not have the necessary food to eat, home to live, favorable environment, clothes to wear and lack of good education, as well as many other essential things and unfortunately they  Not even fully capable of meeting the needs.

If the lives of those two friends of the story are taken as the basis, then the question for us is what kind of opportunity or life we would like to choose.

Certainly if we choose the first option, then perhaps we will be able to develop ourselves and our family in the future and on the other hand if we rise above our level of thinking and choose the highest possibilities from the infinite possibilities of the world, then surely  Only we will have more than enough quantity of things.  As a result, we will also have the ability to help and develop other needy people and even have the courage to change the world.

Surely you are completely free to make any choice in your life.  But the question is that the ultimate pleasure of life is in keeping yourself confined to yourself or creating extremely positive possibilities for other people as well, this choice is yours?

At the end I end my talk with a few lines from a Writer -
 Behind me is infinite power,
before me is endless possibilities,
around me is limitless opportunities.
 Thank you!
