Feel the Need to Renew Yourself

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

Today I expect forgiveness from you in advance for some things. Because by reading what I am going to say to you through my article today, maybe some of you may get a little hurt or maybe even feel that I am judging them. But I really have no intention of doing anything like this. So without destroying time, I come directly to my point.

It often happens to me that when I put an idea in front of people that they do not want to accept even when they want, they often avoid or try to ignore that by saying, "this is not my way..., this is practically not possible..., I am not a great person or a great man..., I am just an ordinary person..., or many other excuses."

Now you may be thinking that what do I want to make clear to you with all these things?
See it often happens with most of us that whenever your conscience or any other person advises you to improve yourself i.e. to improve yourself and keep your feelings according to yourself. So you do not pay much attention to all these things.
Just because you think that what you are now or whatever your mood is right now is better and right for you.
So at this stage when you have already considered yourself right and better, then you are definitely challenging the system of development of life. Whereas the real introduction to life is to improve and get better with time.

Let us try to understand this with depth.
For most of us, if we change our way of thinking and feeling, we will definitely see that our life has changed tremendously.
If now we can think what we want, not in compulsion or anything else, then we will naturally be happy. If we can keep our feelings very pleasant right now, then our home will also be pleasant. Along with that, all our mental and emotional benefits are also naturally seen in social conduct.

Most of us feel that this is the biggest conversion. If someone can think and feel differently then he becomes a pleasant person. Then people usually say that he is a 'brilliant and spiritual person'. But in reality he is just a normal person, just other people are still developing.

So if we are aware, and we keep our emotions as we want, then we are only a human being. Other people who cannot even think or feel as they want. So of course it is a development issue.

Finding Inner Peace and Happiness within Yourself

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

As you read the title written above, it must have become clear that what subject are we going to discuss today?
We had earlier talked about "inner peace and happiness" in some of our blogs but today we will try to understand "inner peace and happiness" basically. "Inner peace means a state in which we are both mentally and spiritually calm."

But nowadays people have tried to eat more food, drugs, drowning in physical pleasures, and some rubbish things .....With all these things people have tried to create some kind of peace and joy within themselves. They felt that they had reached that climax of "inner peace and happiness". But the next moment they know that they have not arrived.

The reason for this is that they are trying to create unlimited dimensions from a finite thing. But mostly it does not work.
There are so many great things in the world that don't work. They are great things because someone said it or someone thinks so. But it does not work. So we need things that work.

Think if you are 100% deciding the nature of your experience yourself. If this happens, will anyone have to tell you "Please, feel good."
So if someone tells you to stay in love or be in bliss… this is all nonsense. Because there is no need to tell anyone else to be happy. The only problem is that you are unable to determine the nature of your experience. Whatever may be the reason.

If we were able to determine the nature of our experience, no one would have to tell us to live in bliss, be in love. All this is coming from half of our life incomplete understanding.

So the question for us is also

how to decide the nature of our experience?

See whatever creates the experience in you, if you control it, you will definitely make it happy for you. And at the same time you will live happily and peacefully with the people around you. But regrettably, people have taken up the contract to keep humanity completely entangled.
See, this is very easy to understand, no need to tell someone else about it. Because whatever your experience is - whether it is fear or anger or love or hate or pleasure or sorrow, everything is happening within you.

So it would be very natural for us to look into it and see how to turn it into the sweetest experience. So we have to understand that whether we want to experience happiness, love or pleasure or whatever it is ... whatever states of inner peace and happiness we know are born from within us.
So whatever happens to us. We just have to be ready to take it to the sweetest state. Not because it is a talent. Because love or bliss or being happy is not a talent, just our desire to be like that.

"If we are naturally blissful, we will do the best we can for ourselves and that's what matters."

Peace: A Word to Store or Explore?

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

In my previous blog (A mindful conflicts of changing our mobility), we basically talked about our morality and beliefs. Along with that, we had understood only a fraction of 'quality of life, inner happiness and peace', so today we will discuss these points in detail.
And till now if you have not read my previous blog, then I humbly request you to first read it, which will make it easier for you to join this blog.

See, we are stuck in many kinds of complications and social circle for a long period of our life and to get out of it over time, most of us make 'peace' as our ultimate goal. Because many of us have given up the desire for ecstasy and believe that if they can keep calm then it is enough.
But in reality 'peace' is not the only goal of our life. If we want to enjoy the moment, we should live peacefully. If we are not calm then we will not be able to do anything meaningful in our life.
Basically, being calm means that our mental system is completely comfortable.  And we know how to drive our mind, emotions, body and energy.  So our calm is a basic unit.
See, all these things have nothing to do with our external work. It is connected to our inner systems of how they are working.

It basically means that "neither our body, nor our mind, nor our chemistry, nor our feelings nor our energy" are taking instructions from us. So when our system is not under our control then it becomes impossible to remain calm.
Since our entire body is a very complex system, if we do not run it properly it will cause many problems for us. Because everything that we do is causing fundamental changes in our body.
Therefore, we have to understand that peace is not the biggest goal of our life, it is only one of the most basic needs. If we make peace the only goal, then we will get it only after death.

If we want to handle any thing or situation in our life wisely, then it is basic for us to remain calm and happy. But many people feel that they will find peace elsewhere and not here.
Because we have never paid attention to our inner system of how a human being works?  What is the basis of everything happening within us?

We have also got a lot of pleasure facilities in our lifetime, but perhaps happiness has not been achieved yet because happiness will come only when we can adjust the system within ourselves.
 Thank you!

A Mindful Conflicts of Changing Our Morality

Yogesh Maurya
Namaskaram, I hope you all are healthy and doing well in your life.

As you can understand that I am not a professional writer. I just try to present my thoughts, experiences and analysis to you through writing. You may or may not associate yourself with those thoughts and facts, it depends entirely on your current state of mind.

We can also understand it in such a way that when we are children we are taught morality by our parents and many others to save us from straying and getting stumbles. But over time, most of us become accustomed to those moral thoughts which later change into our beliefs. Then our beliefs become so strong that it is impossible to change them even under any special circumstances.  Which has a direct impact on our mental system and future.  Our beliefs affect us in such a way that we stop thinking on the basis of the present situation.

I am not saying that morality does not guide us. But the question is whether the path chosen by us on the basis of morality and belief is indeed correct or not, how will it be determined?
Let us try to understand it. We must have seen ourselves and those around us engaging in many tasks. Regardless of whether the work is done with or without a particular position, the question that comes to the mind of most of us is that what we are doing today, is it really that we were born on this earth to do it?  Huh?

More than 90% of people all over the world engage in such things that they themselves are not happy with.
 Basically our problem is-

"How do we know what our real identity is? What actions and possibilities are we born to? That is, how do we know ourselves fully?"

See, we are paying a lot of attention to everything around us but are not paying enough attention to ourselves. The quality of our life is basically determined by how we keep ourselves.

How we are dressed at this time, what kind of accessible things we have, what kind of house we live in, all these things do not determine the quality of our life. "How happy we are feeling within us at this moment is what determines the quality of our life."  But we have not paid much attention to it.

We feel that this will come out as a particular outcome and we aim impossible for our happiness. Like if I want to be happy then my wife should be like this, my husband should be like this, my friend should be like this, my child should be like this, my parents should be like this, the world should be like that  and many more.  We are keeping such impossible conditions for our happiness and peace.  Conversely, if we start thinking on things instead of following them, some better results can come out.

See, we have to understand that our morals and beliefs help us only to a certain time frame.  Because over time things and possibilities change in a way where our beliefs become meaningless.

Therefore, we should not determine our present problems and situations on the basis of morality and beliefs, but only by our proper thoughts and possibilities, because our contemporary thoughts guide us properly. We have to pay attention to it.
Thank you!
